Thinventory™ Mobile allows you to access ByBox App Lockers easily and quickly. App runs on two different supported phones and can't scan for doors at random times. Reinstalled, cleared cache and data, verified data a gazillion times without any luck. Shame for ending up unable to do my job for the day

Horrible, would not let me open my locker and spent all day going between customer support and app support and the account manager. I was told to keep uninstalling and reinstall the app until the option appeared. Bring back actual keys. They never went wrong.
Garbage &buggy,wouldn't work on my phone&support couldn't do anything
Camera will never scan return labels , used to be OK but not now.
All my scanned items are gone after update I'm not going to scan again 😤

Was working fine but suddenly won't let me sign in! I've downloaded it again, turned my phone on & off - basically tried everything they have asked me to do and it still won't work. It does however work fine on my personal phone!!!!

Keeps closing everytime I switch apps, has to constantly reload. Also the camera struggles to focus when scanning the bar codes!!!
